Registration for DealRoom v2 requires your agreement to this undertaking (the date, time and version of your agreement are recorded). Registered users must handle project information viewed after login within the scope of this undertaking.

To sign: download the undertaking in English (PDF) or in Japanese (PDF; either may be submitted), type in the date, address, company name and representative, add your signature (or printed name) and company seal, and email the signed PDF to s@scix.co.jp. No mailed original is needed. After our review we will enable your login and let you know.
